23 September 2005 - Meditation part 1
 Meditation is the way to achieve letting go. In meditation one lets go of the complex world outside in order to reach the serene world inside. This is known as the path to the pure and powerful mind, released from the worl, is very wonderful and blissful. The goal of this meditation is the beautiful silence, stillness and clarity of mind. During meditation, we should not develop a mind which accumulates and holds on things, but instead we develop a mind which is willing to let go of things, to let go of burdens. Outside of meditation we have to carry the burden of our many duties, like so many heavy suitcases, but within the period of meditation so much baggage is unnecessary. So in meditation, see how much baggage you can unload. Then you have the right attitude for letting go of these things, abandoning them freely without looking back. This effort, this attitude, this movement of mind that inclines to giving up, is what will lead you into deep meditation. |

 Miranda di Kandang Kerbau Hospital Kemarin, Jumat 9 September 2005, my cutie discharged from KK hospital, PRAISE THE LORD! Setelah 3 hari di hospital battled from her high fever and fatigue di forehead nya, yang tadinya sempat dicurigai oleh team dokter KK adalah penyakit yang mengerikan itu, MENINGITIS, oh my goodness! Kondisinya ada headache, slow respond, stiff neck, high fever, matanya dipejam terus, takut silau kayaknya. Segala macam test motorik dilakukan beberapa kali dalam 6 jam dalam beberapa set yang sama, sebelum test terakhir yang akan dilakukan adalah test sum2 tulang belakang, disedot cairan dari dalam tulang belakang (iiiiiihhh jangannnn!!! my girl enggak boleh dikutakkatik!!!) untuk memastikan apakah memang benar penyakit itu yang sedang menyerang, keesokan hari setelah those motoric tests dilakukan terakhir kalinya, akhirnya team dokter menyatakan bahwa my sweetie cutie girl, Miranda, clear from meningitis, terima kasih TUHAN ! Karena dia mulai kasih good respond. Dan setelah itu konsentrasi dokter beralih ke dengue, yang sedang hit Singapore, mungkin aja, kenapa enggak ? Karena Bishan adalah salah satu affected area. Tapi ternyata itupun juga tidak, karena selain trombosit (kebetulan too early to test) masih tidak rendah, juga pada hari ketiga panasnya normal, 37 dan boleh pulangngngng!!! Jenis penyakitnya yang membuat dia sakit kepala luar biasa dan fever adalah MYOSITIS, virus menyerang muscles, yang menjadikan pembengkakan pada otot. Walau dia sudah dirumah tapi kondisinya masih belum 100% normal, karena sekarang dia mengalami kesukaran berjalan, sedih dan kuatir kalau itu jadi berkepanjangan, teriring doa dari Ayah dan Bunda juga Ray, buat si cantik biar cepet pulih lagi. Many thanks buat koko Ray yang dengan gembira dan tulusnya tanpa keluhan sedikitpun menemani sang meimei menghiburnya dirumah sakit sepanjang pagi hingga malam sang ayah menjemputnya sepulang dari kantor. You really are a good bro for Miranda. Amazing Ray...........! God bless you darling. |
